About me

My name is Jolanta Kruczynski and I am a  mum of two amazing boys. As a parent, I know first-hand the unique joys and challenges of parenting, especially within the neurodivergent community. After experiencing signs of parental burnout myself, I discovered powerful tools that helped me regain balance and find more joy in the journey.

Now as a Qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner with a background in Social Pedagogy, I dedicate my practise to helping other parents of ADHD children. I provide a supportive space where you can rediscover yourself, build resilience and self-compassion.

Integrating proven Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques in life coaching sessions we work together to improve family dynamics, manage daily challenges effectively, and prioritise your well-being.

My Philosophy

I truly believe that prioritising your own mental, emotional and physical health is one of the most important things you can do for your child. When you are supported and looking after your own well-being, you are far better equipped to be their calm, steady, and advocating rock.

As a parent of an ADHD child the challenges are real and often misunderstood, the mental load is enormous, the need of support doesn't end when school is over, your priorities shift drastically and can lead to loss of identity.
